Weekend Wandering

Please answer today's question on your own blog, any time until next weekend. Just link to this blog (or to this post) so I can follow the progress of the discussion.

And the question is: Have you ever Googled yourself?

I cannot figure out how to make a link in the midst of a post, even with some directions from JB in Mainz and Marie in Montpellier. I tried and tried, then gave up. Maybe when one of my younger, computer-savvy friends visits in person, I can find out what I'm doing wrong.

So, I won't be in the discussion, but the answer is yes!

I think this is one I can do if I don't forget.
I'm adding you to the Friday Sky Watch blog roll. I know you'll have some beautiful pictures!
Oh that iris is just gorgeous!

I'm afraid to answer this question. It might cause be to be labelled Self-Obssessed.

I have a very common name so the uninteresting answer to that, that isn't worth blogging about unfortunately is that I have and went through about 6 pages of links without getting to a single thing about me.

David, first, if you can explain an easy way to include a link in the blog, I'd appreciate it. You can email me directly from my blog

Then, to answer your question. . .I'll put the answer in my blog tomorrow!

@ LYNETTE and Christ:
I learned how to put HTML links into texts from this website.

The most simple one is explained under the heading "The Anchor Tag and the Href Attribute".

I like to use the one under the heading "The Target Attribute", because it opens a new page, meaning your reader does not leave your blog when he/she hits the link, only opens a new page:

Good luck! :-)

This should be interesting! Could you perhaps put up the numbers of yes and no responses on your blog when it's over? I'd think the vast majority would be yes.

Why, doesn't everyone want to be famous?

Yes, I have googled but only very recently .. that too for doing a tag which I'll try to put up before the weekend (If I remember it).

Are you kidding!? Like a million times. For one thing, I have been a journalist for years. I like to look up some of the stories I've written.

This is the downside of not writing under your own name. Ya can't google yourself. But I have Googled my site maaaaaaany times:)
