Verse And Worse

Random Wit, Errant Rhyme. Not A Literary Crime

Grandpa says he pre-supposes
Wild success for his roses
But when he tends the bougainvillea
Help me hold the ladder, will ya?

Ooooh! David! It's coming on summer in your half of the world isn't it? My roses are starting to die. Oh well....

How high do you have to climb for a rhyme?

Bougainvillea and species of rose
No wonder you are so good at prose.
Cos the rose is real poetry
Bougainvillea climbs as far you can see.
No wonder Grandpa needs a hand
To hold the ladder down on land...
S'pect he's got shaky in old age......
Now I'm leaving this here page!!!!
