Verse And Worse

Random Wit, Errant Rhyme. Not A Literary Crime

Right by the banks of the sacred river Tiber
Grows a secret herb that's very rich in fibre
The ancient Romans were the first to know
That eating two pods would make you, er, go

LOL, you need to put all these in a book!

It was right down by the river
Where we got ourselves into a dither
My lower lip began to quiver
When you pulled out the sliver

And trust me on this, O Ye with painful knee
If you give yourself over to a bit of surgery
Make plans to take a hike 'round the sacred river Tiber
And be sure you eat 4 pods of that necessary fibre

The King had a beautiful daughter
Who was deathly afraid of the water
One day in their boat
she fell in the moat
How to swim, her looks never taught her

If you eat your veg and take your oats
Seeded bread, put down your remotes....
Jog each day and eat fresh fruit
You'll stay regular by a different route!

(I agree with Brit Gal Sarah..... get the verses into a little book!)
