Verse And Worse

Random Wit, Errant Rhyme. Not A Literary Crime

To taste the wines of heaven
You drive to Concongella
Just say "G’day" to Kevin
And take care of your patella

I've seen you around the sphere from time to time. Have you done this? It's really a lot of fun.

You've been royally tagged by Mimi Queen of Memes. Have fun!

I knew it was gonna happen. A lot of blogs have suddenly started to sport their OWN limericks, you know---"monkey-see, monkey-do!"

YES---I am just as guilty! But ya' know, it never ceases to amaze me---all it takes is ONE little---OK, one MEDIUM-sized McMahon, to get us all started! I envy your influence!!!

Hey---ya' wouldn't be interested in the job of PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, would ya'? Don't worry about that "American-citizen" thing---we can get you all the necessary "papers" from Mexico....!

Is Kevin likely to kneecap me? Think maybe I'll stay home and prepare for company bearing lovely photo's to frame and get the fishing poles ready for Mac and guest to go fishing...

Hi Mimi,

Thank you for thinking of me.

Hi Sandi,

I've given Kevin your number. He's got the red carpet waiting for you.

And he says there's a great fishing spot for Mac, while you quaff wine waiting for the fsh to bite!

Hi Bruno,

If I have helped provide confidence to people who want to start posting verse on their sites, that's great ....

Influence? Naaaaaah, shucks!!

Aren't you happy I'm not trying to rhyme with that? !!!

Thanks for sending me the ``papers'' - I'll file for nomination right away.

Cheers, mate

We're all a load of chimps .....
Just like Bruno said....
We follow like a band of imps ........
The things in David's head!

I shall be looking for a bowl of peas..... David! I remember very well saying that remark!

The wine connoisseur and the drunk,
sat down to share a tipple.
The connoisseur had Chardonnay,
The drunk had him some Ripple.

The connoisseur spoke of body and bouquet,
The drunk spoke of volume and price,
But steadfast friends they still become,
From sharing the same vice.

G'day Mate, (Howdy Pardner in Texicanese) Glad you stopped by. I have participated in several of these special projects. They have been interesting and have provided me with good exposure to the rest of the blogging world. I need to stay true to my original theme, so I try to be selective. Have fun, come by anytime you can.
