Simply celebrating life
I never go shopping without a listAlas it's other things I've usually missed.Like trousers and pants, like shirt and coat.I don't get embarrassed,I just like to gloatMy thought is just thatif you looked like I do,then you'd ditch your clothesand shop naked too. You'd see dicks by the fruit stand, bottoms in the dairySome would be bannedfor being too hairy. There'd by fannys by the ice cream, tits by the honey,It's all very well, but where do you keep your money?
I do shop without a list, but please do not despair, I may forget the shampoomousse and gel,for dinner buy donuts,crisps-- whatever is on sale, but with a happy tummy, who's thinking about my hair?
It is not only the things missed, but the things you get that you didn't intend to.We go for three items without a list. Four must be written down.
If it's milk or breadThat will stay in my headBut I might need some flourOr soap for the showerDo I have to get oilMaybe aluminum foilYou now get my gistI do need a list
Absolutely,I do indeed! This is me, to a tee!
I make a list through out the week,To take when I shop for the things I seek.List in my purse, I walk out the door,Yet the list never makes it to the store.Somewhere twixt house and market it disappears,And I end my shopping trip in tears.
Oh SO true! Missing half the things I need and brought home twice as much of the things I don't!
