Thanks for stopping by burntofferings and more at bernies fotoblog. This is a really great shot, showing interesting lines, colour and depth! But, with studying them for geometry, what type are they? lol ;)
Have a great WW in the land down under my friend, and NSW IS the better State! :p
Great title for this post--Guardian Angles! I've tried wordless wednesday before but I'm really bad at the wordless part. LOL Love your photos as always David.
Hi Dave Nice to catch up with your blog again. I've been away a lot so have been out of the loop a bit. I was in Melbourne for a week in April - the week the temp hit 45 degrees I was so annoyed!!! I arrived with a suitcase full of winter woollies expecting icy winds and got winds off an oven. It really did spoil the holiday as it was too hot to do a lot of sight seeing so we sat in cool restaurants and shopped til we dropped!!!! Also went to the theatre and saw Rock n Roll which was fun. Will come back again when it is the dead of winter !!!
p/s: The flowers in my shot are called - Lantana (I heard from someone) I didn't know the name of the flower too. My flower knowledge is almost limited to the common ones sold at the florist.

great triangles!
Diamonds in the rough.
Always you find the beautiful in the ordinary. This is wonderful.
Yes, I can see where they would be considered Guardian Angles (Angels) as they peer over the rooftop to the landscape below...very nice shot.

Interesting perspective. Your roof top? :P

You always have an angle.
Great title !
pretty reds
The complimentary colors (orange vs. blue,) are eye catching, as well. Nice shot.
This picture some how or other reminds me of Madonna in her early years! Can't think why!
I don't know which I like better -- the image or the title. Both are excellent.

Great shot with strong lines and colours. Proof that there is maths in everything.
Like mother's arched eyebrows! ;)
You've managed to peak my interest twice with that shot. Quite a water-shed of architecture there.
Love the triangles of red, highlighted with white against a brilliant blue sky - a really strong photo.
