One of my favourite blogs is Kappa No He. She's an American who has been living in and raising her family in Japan. Her recent post Above the Purple Clouds is both touching and educational, about her husband's grandmother's funeral last week. She's a wonderful writer and I think you and your incredible people would enjoy her blog.
