Local police, who have born the brunt of the complaints, say a kilt ban would not be possible, but have promised to crack down on the partying Scots and make sure they keep their kilts down at all times. Drunken Scottish Flashers... sounds like a carnival band or Aquarian age regiment of peacekeepers! I wonder how many kilt-clad Scotsmen are aware that the rambutan - a hairy, golfball-sized, red-skinned fruit very popular in Malaysia - is often referred to as "Scotsman's Balls"?
