Lawsuit Not A Patch On Tougher Tactics
I couldn’t resist this story, by Elizabeth Bishop, at News10.net. This is her report, edited for brevity on this site.
``It used to be if you crossed the Hell's Angels, you'd see the business end of a switchblade. Now, they just take you to court. Just ask Kansas couple Christian and Natasha Shultz, who face legal action over trademark infringement. The motorcycle club claims the Shultzes sold patches on eBay, emblazoned with an image similar to the club's signature ``death head mark'' of a helmeted, horned and feathered human skull. The insignia has traditionally served as the mark of the club and it was trademarked on February 6, 1990 and updated on August 31, 2004. The club claims the Shultzes have been selling items carrying the image without obtaining permission of the Hell's Angels and their actions have therefore diluted the trademark. The club wants the Shultzes' merchandise destroyed and the Shultzes to pay damages.''

Hi,
Thank you so much for taking the time to look at my photos!
I really appriciate the comments and the advice. I took it and added titles to a few of my olders posts as well as a few of my new ones. So this way at least some of them are still a little mysterious.
I will be adding more and more pictures as days go by and my viewers increase. How should I go about getting my blog "out there", if you will?
Again, thanks for commenting!

This world just gets weirder by the minute!
Hi Scarlet,
No problem at all. I'm so glad my advice made sense. Yes, by all means keep the blog mysterious - that's what writers and artists thrive on. And I have no doubt that you have great artistic talent, judging by your photographs.
Great to know you'll be adding pictures. Leave me a message here when you want me to drop by and have another look.
When I return to your site, I'll give you some advice about publicising your blog. For starters, claim your blog on Technorati - if you have any difficulty, let me know.
Take care and come back in about six hours to see a sunset picture I will be posting then.
Keep smiling
David
