Cue The Music, Maestro

Who's Making A Song And Dance, Then?

An organic sausage maker in Germany is playing classical music to his bangers to improve the quality. The Tegut nature food company employs a string quartet playing Mozart and Beethoven to the sausages on Sunday mornings. Wolfgang Gutberlet says the soothing music makes the meat taste even better.

The Sausage Symphony by Mozart was little known but was said by those who heard it to be in very good taste .....

I wonder what effect polka music would have. Probably make them taste like either bratwurst or keilbasa.

I have not heard of this serenade the sausage before. It is something just happening? Music doesn't make chickens lay more but light does so they monumental laying houses are never dark. Cows like music when being milked.

I understand the cows milking better but I am missing the point with an inanimate object! funny post!

Does he play the music for them before they become meat? Sort of an execution of a recital?

I am sure all that stretching and swirling contributes something to the tenderness of the meat too! I'd bet that Strauss waltzes would give even better results. ;-)
