Had misgivings about the quality of spruce
So when things reached a critical juncture
He scrubbed up for a "lumber" puncture

LOL I keep wanting to replace the e in lumber with an a which would make that splinter a real pain.

Cheers!

He had a best mate name of Joe,
who had some serious problems down 'below'.
Whatever his girlfriend would do,
Joe's pleasure would never shine through

And then all alone and all of a sudden
he'd find himself becoming, well, wooden.
To get wood when he should would be good.
But he only got wood when he could.

David
A timber mill worker, Bill the bloke
really always liked to work with oak.
He thought oak would never split
so oak never gave him a fit.
